In this project, Sinergie has transformed a trullo located in Bosco Selva (Alberobello), an area of great environmental value, restoring it to its former glory in full compliance with the laws of the Puglia PPTR. The result is a work that blends in perfectly with the surrounding landscape, without compromising the environmental balance.
The extension was carried out with the construction of a new cone using traditional materials such as hydraulic lime and limestone, guaranteeing perfect integration with the existing structure. In addition, the old courtyard has been recovered and transformed into an atmospheric outdoor space, ideal for moments of relaxation and conviviality. The external paving, made with local rounded stone, gives this trullo a unique character, in full recovery.
Also in accordance with the regulations, the swimming pool has been built above ground, prefabricated, with a wooden floor and interior finishes in terrigenous colour, perfectly blending in with the natural environment in which it is located.
In accordance with modern requirements, a technical room has been built, equipped with high technology and fully electric, guaranteeing high efficiency and reliability. In addition, a cistern has been installed with the latest technology, which uses osmosis to eliminate bacteria and make the water drinkable.
Inside, the floors and walls in the kitchen and bathrooms are made of hydraulic lime, known as “pastellone“, in harmonious colours that blend perfectly with the outside environment, creating a cosy and authentic atmosphere.
This renovation and extension is a tribute to tradition and a perfect integration with the forest. A project that makes us proud to have contributed to the preservation and enhancement of the immense historical and cultural heritage of the Alberobello area.
